Oruba Ventures is a venture capital firm founded by eight experienced business professionals from various industries. Based in Istanbul, Oruba specializes in providing strategic consulting services to companies, entrepreneurs, and investors.

Meet Our Team
Mehmet TAFRALI
He has been working in the Capital Markets since 1988 and currently serves as a Financial Advisor and founding partner of Tafralı Corporate Financial Advisory in the Capital Markets. He serves as Vice President of the Stock Exchange Experts Association. He is a founding partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Oruba Ventures. He works with Borsa Istanbul, the Capital Markets Board, and the Association of Intermediaries to develop the Capital Markets.
Hakan AYDIN
He is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer from Istanbul Technical University, founder of Forte Kent Technology, and co-founder of Forte Arabia Information Technology. He imports coffee under the Forte Blend brand and supplies products to many companies. He is a co-founder of MangoPark, a company providing parking management services. He is a co-founder and board member of Oruba Ventures. He has business activities in the Gulf countries and Serbia. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Anadolu Hisarı Sports Club.
Yahyahan MUSLUBAŞ
Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Architecture Urban and Regional Planning Specialist. Currently pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in Capital Markets and Securities. Has held senior management positions in Electronic Security Systems, City Security Management Systems (KGYS), Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and Electronic Monitoring Systems (EDS), and has been involved in numerous projects nationwide. He has mentored and advised numerous startups. He is a member of the MangoPark board of directors. He is a founding partner and board member of Oruba Ventures. He is on the board of directors of Anadolu Hisarı Sports Club.
Alper Soykurt TOKALI
Computer Engineer, Member of the Board of Directors of G7 Group. He also served as Secretary General of Istanbul Holding and is a shareholder of Big Tarım. He has been a shareholder and manager of a renewable energy company. He has held senior management positions at numerous companies. He is a partner in an investment advisory company established in the USA. He is a founding partner and member of the Board of Directors of the company Orube Ventures. To date, he has managed and executed significant domestic and international projects. He has served as an Advisor and Mentor at numerous incubators and is an entrepreneur, businessperson, and investor.
Yunus KAYA
Yunus Kaya graduated with honors from Hacettepe University’s Stock Exchange School. Holding four different licenses valid in the Capital Markets, he has served the sector as an expert analyst in financial literacy. He currently appears on TV and in print media in this capacity and has been a guest lecturer at numerous universities and private educational institutions to date. He serves as a management consultant for a large-scale company and group. He works on financial valuation, investment, and stock market openings and structures. He has held various positions in different non-governmental organizations.
Gökhan KIYAK
He is an Industrial Engineer from Middle East Technical University (METU), holds a Master’s degree from SPK, and is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of G7 Group. G7 Group’s areas of investment include ProAV, Ed Tech, EdPub, MedTech, Globak Trade, and Invest. He is also a shareholder of Istanbul Holding, a member of the company’s investment committee, and a member of the Big Tarım Board of Directors. He has ventures in Real Estate Development and Mining. He is a founding partner of Orube Ventures. He is an international businessman and investor.
Mehmet Fatih KILIÇ
He holds a degree in International Trade and Business, has completed two Master’s degrees in Public Relations and Social Psychology, and has a PhD in Political Science. He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of United Capitals Group, a Belgium-based company. He is a board member of several ventures and companies abroad, of which he is a founding partner. The company has offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK, the USA, and Dubai. He is an expert in EU grants and loans, an entrepreneur, a mentor, a digital transformation consultant, as well as an international businessperson, networking expert, and investor.
İlker GÜNER
He holds a degree in Public Administration. He works as a foreign trade consultant and customs advisor. He is the founder and manager of Güner Nakliyat, Günerler Customs Consultancy, and Gnr Foreign Trade Consultancy companies. He serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Boyp Otomotiv Foreign Trade San Trade company. He is the Marketing Manager of Barsan Global Logistics and Customs Consultancy. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anadolu Hisarı Sports Club for many years. He collaborates with Nevzat Aydın on investment matters. He is a founding partner of Oruba Ventures.
